How to Add Transfers to Your Destify Booking

Forgot to add your transfer at the time of booking? Not a problem - follow these easy steps below.

Adding Transfers

1. Login to your Destify account here.

2. Select "My Trips".

3. Click on "My Transfers".

4. Choose "Purchase Transfer".

5. Select a shared shuttle or a private shuttle (if available). 

6. Click "Select Transfers" to complete the process. Once transfers have been added to your package, you can enter your flight information through your Dashboard closer to travel.

 

Transfers are roundtrip only. Shared public transfers are priced per person and may stop at other hotels along the way to your resort. Private transfers are priced per vehicle (up to 6 passengers) and streamlined directly between the airport and resort. Any travellers utilizing the private transfer must be on the same flights.

Flight Information

Beginning at 45 days before departure, we will send e-mail reminders to collect your flight details. We use this information to finalize your pick-up and drop-off times. Please make sure to provide your details no later than 7 days before departure to ensure we can smoothly coordinate your transfers and to avoid forfeiting your transfers.
