Can I modify my reservation after booking?

 Modifying Your Reservation

 Yes, you may request changes to your reservation after booking. Depending on availability and resort policies, you can request to:

• Adjust your stay length

• Add or remove travelers

• Upgrade or downgrade your room category

 All modification requests are subject to resort availability and room occupancy limits. Some changes may require your reservation to be rebooked at the current market rate, which may be higher than your original rate, especially as your travel date approaches.

 Important Timing Rules

 Reservation modifications follow time guidelines:

• Less than 14 days before travel:
  Modification requests will be denied. If you have special circumstances, please contact us . We will always try to help in any way that we can.

• Between 65 and 15 days before travel:
  Modification requests may be approved based on availability, but approval is not guaranteed. If your request is approved, full payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link for the agreed-upon quote.

• After the final payment date:
  All approved modifications are non-refundable.

 Rate and Availability Disclaimer

 All rebookings are based on current pricing and availability. Rates are not locked once a change is requested. The closer you are to travel, the more likely pricing may increase.

 Written Confirmation Requirement

 All new reservation changes must be confirmed in writing by the Room Manager on the reservation before any modification can be processed.
