Can I request adjoining rooms or a crib for my child?
Yes, you may request adjoining rooms and/or a crib for your child, as long as availability permits.
Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the resort’s availability at the time of your stay. Some requests or modifications may require your reservation or room to be rebooked. Rebooked rooms are subject to current rates and may result in a higher price than your original booking.
Cribs
Most family friendly resorts offer cribs as an accommodation. However, availability is limited and provided on a first come, first served basis.
We recommend calling the resort directly prior to arrival to confirm whether cribs are available and to request one in advance.
Cribs do not cost an additional fee
Adjoining Rooms
You may request adjoining or connecting rooms, but these requests cannot always be guaranteed. Most resorts have a limited number of adjoining rooms, and availability may require a change in room type or booking details.
Because of this, adjoining room requests may not always be accommodated.
