Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is an overview of Destify’s cancellation policy so you know what to expect if you need to cancel a reservation.


 

Cancellation Policy:

 Deposits

 Deposits are $150 per person and are non-refundable, unless travel insurance was purchased at the time of booking.

 Before the Final Payment Date

 If you cancel before the Final Payment Date, all payments are refundable except for the deposit.

 After the Final Payment Date

 The Final Payment Date is 65 days before travel.

  • After this date, all funds paid are non-refundable

  • The entire booking becomes non-refundable unless travel insurance was purchased through Destify for eligible bookings

 Travel Insurance

 If you purchased travel insurance through Destify, your cancellation may be covered depending on the policy terms. Coverage and eligibility are determined by the insurance provider.

 Who Can Cancel a Reservation

  • Only the Room Manager can cancel a reservation

  • If someone else needs to request a cancellation, written permission from the Room Manager’s email address is required

  • Room Managers may invite other travelers to become a Room Manager through the system

 Identity Verification

  If there are multiple guests with the same name on a reservation, we may ask to confirm the guest’s date of birth before proceeding with a cancellation to ensure accuracy.

 All guests agree to Destify’s Terms and Conditions at the time a deposit is made. These can be reviewed here:

 24 Hour Cancellation Window

 Cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, including the deposit.
