Please Note: Your GLS is your main point of contact for travel, booking, and system-related questions, and they can advocate for you directly with the resort whenever needed.

Your Wedding Coordinator is based at the resort and focuses only on your wedding day. They assist with:

Décor, food, and beverage selections
Photography, entertainment, and event details
Finalizing your wedding timeline and logistics

It is completely normal for your Wedding Coordinator to not contact you nd only reach out a few months before your wedding. This does not mean they are unavailable. Your coordinator is assigned from the beginning and can be contacted at any time via the direct email you are provided.
