Comp Refunds

 Learn how comp refunds work, eligibility requirements, and how your Group Leader Specialist can help.


 Comp refunds are part of your group contract and are based on the comp structure you agreed to at the time of booking. These refunds are earned after travel once all contract requirements are met.

 Eligibility for Comp Refunds

 You may be eligible for a comp refund if:

  • The couple travels as scheduled

  • The group meets the minimum room night or room booking requirements outlined in the contract

 If these requirements are not met, comp refunds cannot be issued.

 When are Refunds Are Issued?

 Comp refunds are processed after travel. In most cases, refunds are issued approximately three to five days after travel is completed.

 How Refunds Are Sent

 Refunds are returned to the last payment method used on your reservation.

  • If the card is no longer active but the bank account is still open, the refund will still be deposited into the correct account

  • In rare situations where a digital refund cannot be completed, a refund check will be issued instead

 Please note that check refunds may take up to three weeks to arrive by mail. We try to avoid this method whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

  • Refund timing may vary slightly depending on bank processing times
