An in depth guide on how to make a reservation through Destify.
Step 1 - Choosing your Travel Dates
To begin, please visit the couple's website and click on the "Book Now!" button to access our booking portal. From there, you can specify the number of adults and children in your group and select your preferred travel dates. If the dates are available, simply click "Next" to proceed with the booking process.
Each room offers a comprehensive package that includes the hotel room, meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuities, and roundtrip airport transfers (subject to reservation).
- You will need to book a minimum of 3 nights, but this requirement may vary depending on the resort's availability and is subject to change.
- It is important to include all guests who will be staying in the room, as only those listed on the reservation at the time of travel will be granted access to the resort grounds.
Step 2 - Selecting your Room
As you move forward to the next page, you'll encounter a variety of room categories to consider. Each category will showcase its rates based on your chosen travel dates and the number of guests. You'll have the opportunity to explore occupancy details, view detailed photos, and read room descriptions to assist you in making the best choice. Once you've found the ideal room to suit your needs, simply click on the "Select Room" button to proceed with your booking.
Step 3 - Entering in your Guests information
After selecting your room, you will be required to provide the information for all guests who will be occupying the room.
- Ensure that the names entered match those on your passport precisely to prevent any complications during check-in.
- If you are unsure about who you will be bringing along, it's best not to use a placeholder name. Instead, add the additional guests at a later time.
Step 4 - Creating your Guest Dashboard account
Now, it's time to set up an account to finalize your room reservation. If you already have an account, just log in. If not, you can easily create one using an email address, Facebook, or Google Single Sign-On.
By creating your account, you gain access to your Dashboard where you will be able to view your reservation, make payments, make modifications, and submit your flight information.
If you opt to create an account using your email address, you'll be directed to a form below where you can complete the account setup process. Kindly ensure that all required fields are filled in, and then proceed by clicking on the "Create my account" button to successfully finalize your account.
If you are selecting to make your account with either google's or facebook's the single sign-on a window will pop up where you can follow the instructions to sign in using your Google or Facebook account.
Once signed in, you will then be prompted to verify that your first name, last name, email, and phone number are accurate. If they are, simply click on the confirm button. You will then receive confirmation that your account has been successfully created.
Step 5 - Confirming your Booking, Transfers, and Insurance
Once your account is set up, you can decide whether to pay a deposit for each guest in the room or settle the full amount upfront.
You must select one of the two Payment Options to complete your booking.
- A $150 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to confirm the room. This deposit is specific to the guests on the reservation at the time of booking; the deposit is both non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the reservation.
- Deposits are required for all guests regardless of age.
- Additional payments can be made through your Dashboard.
- Your balance is due 65 days before travel.
Next, you will be prompted to choose a transfer option. Our round-trip transfers are designed to conveniently transport you to and from the resort you have selected. Please be aware that we are unable to arrange pickups or drop-offs at any other resorts or locations.
Transfer options include (varies by resort)
- No Transfer: By choosing this option, you are opting out of using transportation services through Destify. In this case, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the resort.
- Shared Transfers: This option involves sharing transportation with other travelers, outside of your party, and may include multiple stops before reaching your resort.
- Private Transfers: This offers you an exclusive and direct transportation to your destination without any stops along the way, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted journey.
By default, No Transfer will be selected.
Lastly, you will need to decide if you'd like to include travel insurance with your booking. After making your selections, for payment, transfers and insurance, click on "Confirm payment" to continue.
While you do not have to purchase insurance to complete your booking, it is highly recommended.
Travel insurance provides coverage in case unforeseen circumstances arise that force you to cancel your trip. This coverage ensures that you are eligible for a refund, even if your cancellation occurs within 65 days of your scheduled travel date. Step 6 - Confirming your payment
In the final step, you will input your payment details, review and accept the terms and conditions, and then electronically sign your name to complete your booking. When you're ready to book, click on the "Pay now" button.
You will receive a confirmation email from Destify after you have paid for your reservation. If you do not see it right away, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
- Your booking will not be completed until you submit a payment.
- If you do not receive any email within 24 hours, please reach out to Destify at guestservices@destify.com.
