How do I cancel my reservation?

Understanding your options when travel plans change



 Cancelling your reservation is easy. Contact us directly to receive the cancellation form and review this article to learn more before you finalize your decision.

 As outlined in our Terms and Conditions at the time of booking, all reservations are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not eligible for modification within 30 days of travel
    unless travel protection insurance was purchased.

 Travel Insurance Options

 If you purchased third-party travel insurance, we recommend contacting your provider directly to determine whether you qualify for reimbursement or compensation based on your situation.

 Some credit card companies also include travel protection benefits. If you booked using a credit card, you may want to contact your card issuer to explore your coverage options.

 In some cases, your insurance provider or credit card company may request that your reservation be officially cancelled. If so, please let us know and we will assist with processing the cancellation.

Important: Cancellations must be completed before your scheduled check-in time (4:00 PM EST) on the start date of your reservation.


 Delayed Arrival

 If you believe you may still arrive later during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. We can alert the resort of your delayed arrival so they can note your reservation accordingly.


 Final Cancellation Notice

 Once a reservation is cancelled, the cancellation is final and irreversible. Please confirm carefully before requesting cancellation.
