How do I Price Match my Booking?

Secure the best rate by requesting a price match within 24 hours of booking.


 We want to make sure you receive the best possible rate for your reservation. If you find a lower price after booking with us, you may be eligible for a price match by following the steps below.

 Step 1: Complete Your Booking

 Your reservation must be fully booked and confirmed with us before we can review a price match request.

 Step 2: Gather the Required Information

 To submit a price match request, please provide:

  • A screenshot of the lower-priced offer you found

  • A direct link to the website where the lower rate is listed

 The offer must be for the same resort, room type, dates, and number of guests.

 Step 3: Submit Within 24 Hours

 Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your original booking confirmation.

 If More Than 24 Hours Have Passed

 If you find a lower rate after the 24-hour window has passed, please reach out to us anyway. While we cannot guarantee a price match, our team may be able to explore other options to help improve your rate.
