 How to File a Claim

 If you experienced an issue during your stay and would like to file a claim, our team is here to help guide you through the process.

 To submit a claim, please provide the following information:

 Required Information

  1. A detailed explanation of the issue or incident
    Include what happened, when it occurred, and how it impacted your stay.

  2. Resort communication details
    Let us know if you spoke with a resort employee about the issue. If possible, include their name and job title.

  3. Resort response or promises
    Tell us whether the resort offered a resolution, compensation, or any follow-up while you were still on property.

  4. Photos or documentation
    Please include any photos, videos, emails, receipts, or other supporting documentation related to the situation.

 Why Documentation Matters

 The more detailed and organized your information is, the stronger your claim will be when presented to the resort. While providing documentation increases the likelihood of reimbursement or resolution, please note that recovery of funds is not guaranteed.

 Claim Timeline

 Claims typically take three to six weeks to be reviewed and resolved. During this time, we will keep you informed of any updates. Although we work to move claims forward as quickly as possible, we must follow standard claim processing procedures set by the resort partners.
