How do I make a payment?

A quick guide on making a payment through your Guest Dashboard.

Step 1 - Your Dashboard

To make a payment, you must first login to your Guest Dashboard HERE. Once you have logged in, navigate to the reservations section to process a payment or select "My Trips" followed by "My Rooms."

Step 2 - My rooms

When viewing your room details, you'll find payment information on the right side of the page, displaying the total cost of the room, transfer costs, and your outstanding balance. At the bottom of this, you will see the "Make A Payment." button. Clicking this button will direct you to a new window.

Step 3- Payment

On this new page, you can enter the amount you wish to pay. Once entered and amount, the necessary fields will populate allowing you to enter your payment details.

After completing all necessary fields, accepting our terms, and provide your signature, simply click the "Make Payment" button. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the transaction.

*Please refrain from clicking the "Make Payment" button repeatedly to avoid potential multiple charges. If you experience any issues with page loading or encounter errors during the payment process, please contact us directly at guestservices@destify.com.
