Managing RSVPs and Booked Guest Rooms

Not sure how to view RSVPs, your guest list, and booked rooms? This guide will walk you through how to access this information.

Your Guest Dashboard offers a variety of features to help manage your wedding. In addition to the ability to edit and customize your wedding website as well as the ability to manage your personal room reservation, there are two main elements: RSVPs and Guest List.

RSVPs

Under the RSVPs tab, you will see entries from any guests who have RSVP'd. A summary is provided at the top to help easily track responses for an estimated guest count. 

This page will reflect RSVPs in three ways:

1) Once you have shared your wedding website with your guests, when someone RSVPs from the website, it will automatically display here.

2) You can add RSVPs one at a time if you would like to enter guest information ahead of time. When they RSVP from the wedding website, their response will update here.

3) If you would like to add multiple entries ahead of time, you can download our template and upload from a spreadsheet.

Guest List

The Guest List tab will reflect any active reservations and thus provides a more accurate guest count. A summary is provided at the top to easily review the total guests booked to attend, total room nights, and total rooms booked.

From this page, you can also:

• Expand each room to see their booking details (including when the room was booked as well as the travel dates, room category, package type, and booking status).
• Search for reservations.
• Download the guest list as a spreadsheet.
• Verify your comp structure (if applicable - varies by resort).
