 My Photos Are Not Centered

 If your photos are not appearing centered on your wedding website, it is usually related to the shape and size of the image compared to the space it is being placed in.

 Why This Happens

 When a landscape-formatted photo is placed into a portrait-style frame or a smaller box, parts of the image may be cropped or appear off-center. The same can happen when a portrait photo is placed into a wide landscape frame. Because the shapes do not match, the system has to automatically adjust the image to fit.

 Auto Center Feature

 Our system does include an auto-center feature to help position your photos. However, depending on the photo’s dimensions, this feature may not always produce a perfect result.

 Tips to Help Your Photos Center Properly

 To get the best results, try the following:

• Use photos that closely match the shape of the frame you are placing them in. Does the photo stretch across the page? Try using a landscape style photo. Is the photo smaller and surrounded by a frame? Try using a portait style photo

• Avoid extreme landscape or extreme portrait images for small boxes

• Crop your photo slightly before uploading so the main subject is already centered. Avoid over-croping as compressing a file over and over can make an image come out blurry once uploaded.

• Make sure important faces or details are more near the middle of the image

• Preview your changes after saving to confirm the placement looks correct
