 If you log in to your Destify dashboard and do not see your reservation, wedding website, or guest list, this usually means one of two things is happening. The good news is both are easy to fix.

 Most Common Reason: Logged in With the Wrong Email

 Your Destify dashboard is tied to the email address that was originally used to create the account. This is usually the Group Leader or Room Manager’s email.

If you log in with a different email, the dashboard will appear empty even though your reservation still exists.

 What to do:

• Try logging out and back in using the email address that was used to set up the dashboard. If you do not know the original email used. please contact us directly.

• Check for small typos in the email address when logging in.

 Prefer not to share login credentials? You can request an additional dashboard account.

 If you are confident you are logged in with the correct email and your information is still missing, your reservation may not be linked to your dashboard yet. This can happen if you create your dahboard before booking your room. This is a fast and simple correction.
