 If your scheduled shuttle service did not arrive or failed to provide the agreed transportation, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand the frustration that can come along with this. Destify is happy to assist you by submitting a claim with the transfer provider on your behalf.

 To begin the claim process, please provide the following information:

 Required Information

• Did you use the pre-booked transfer service at any point during your round-trip travel between the airport and the resort?

• Upon arrival, were you able to locate a representative from the transfer company?

• Were you able to confirm your return pickup time at the resort?

• Did any representative make promises or offer a resolution at that time?

• Do you have any supporting documentation, such as taxi receipts, emails, or a no-show slip from the airport or hotel?

 Transfer companies require that pickup times be reconfirmed the day before departure. If this confirmation was not completed, the transfer company may deny the claim. If it was completed, Destify will gladly proceed with submitting the claim on your behalf.

 Claim Timeline

 Transfer claims typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process. While providing documentation improves the chances of reimbursement, recovery is not guaranteed. Destify will continue to advocate for you and keep you informed throughout the process.
