Price matches aren’t guaranteed and must meet our terms. Once approved, any changes will reflect current rates. Requests may take up to 48 business hours.
We can only match room and transfer costs—not extras like insurance, resort credits, or special promos. Standard Destify booking policies apply.
Price Matching Eligibility
You can submit a price match within 24 hours of booking with Destify.
After 24 hours, a $150/person rebooking fee applies. No price matches are allowed after final payment. Only one match per reservation.
To qualify, the price match must meet the following criteria:

Same room, dates, travelers, and package details

Not part of a group or special membership deal

Must be refundable and found on a desktop version of a U.S.-based site like:

Resort website

Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, Hotels.com, CheapCaribbean, or Travelocity

How to Submit a Price Match

Book & Deposit: Submit your deposit on the group website. Price matches are only reviewed after the deposit is placed.

Include a Screenshot or URL: Attach a screenshot of the full checkout page showing:

Total price (with taxes/fees)

Resort, room, dates, and travelers

URL, date/time stamp, and any add-ons (like transfers)

Price Matching with Airfare
If your price match includes flights, your screenshots must show:

Airline name (same airline for both flights)

Departure/return airports, times, and flight numbers

Class of service (no Basic Economy)
Include all trip detail pages showing flight info, class of service, and the final checkout page. Some sites (like Expedia or Orbitz) may require multiple screenshots.
Modifying a Price-Matched Booking
Price matches are only valid at the time of booking. Any changes after booking will void the matched rate, and your reservation will be updated to current pricing.
Found a Lower Rate After Booking?
Price matches must be requested within 24 hours of booking. After that, your reservation would need to be canceled (note: deposit is non-refundable), and a new one created to submit a price match.
Price Matching with Insurance
We can only match room and transfer rates—not insurance, as coverage varies by provider.
If submitted after 24 hours, your reservation (and insurance) must be canceled. Insurance can be repurchased at 75% of the original cost on the new booking.
If repurchasing insurance, payment must be made within 24 hours of price match approval. This does not apply to third-party insurance (e.g., TravelGuard).
