When planning your stay, we understand that comfort and convenience matter. Many resorts allow guests to submit special requests to help personalize their experience. While these requests are never guaranteed, resorts will always do their best to accommodate them based on availability and capacity.

Important Things to Know
All special requests are subject to the resort’s availability at the time of your stay. Resorts assign rooms shortly before arrival, as well as accommodational items are first come first serve, which means requests cannot be confirmed in advance.
Some requests may require a room change or modification. In certain cases, this could result in a rebooking at current rates, which may differ from your original price.
