What to Expect

 Airport transfers are designed to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible. Here’s exactly what to expect once you land.

 When You Arrive at the Airport

 After you collect your luggage and exit the airport, look for your transfer provider.

  • Know the name of your transfer company in advance.

  • Look for their logo, sign, or a representative holding a sign with your name, resort name, or group name.

  • Once you locate them, follow their instructions.

  • They will gather all passengers for that transfer, guide you to the vehicle, and help load your luggage.

 Destify transfers are round-trip and operate only between the airport and your resort. Their role is to safely transport you to and from your resort.

 Shared vs. Private Transfers

 Shared (Public) Transfers
You may stop at other resorts to drop off or pick up passengers. You will remain with your group, but other travelers may be in the vehicle.

 Private Transfers
 Your group will have the vehicle to yourselves and travel directly from the airport to your resort with no additional stops. This option works best when everyone is arriving on the same flight.

Car Seats for Children

 If you need a car seat, please let us know in advance. Car seats are available for a small fee of $30 round trip.

 Flight Information Is Required

 It is very important that you enter your flight details in your Destify Dashboard at least 45 days before travel. Your transfers are scheduled based on this information. We will send reminders, but entering it early helps prevent delays or issues.

*Flight information can only be added via your Destify dashboard account or you can contact us directly at 844.948.3911.

 
You will receive confirmation from your transfer provider 2 weeks before travel.


* If you are within 72 to 96 hours of your travel date, we are unable to guarantee changes to existing transfers or the addition of new ones. At this stage, the transfer provider may not have enough time to process updates before your arrival. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
