Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are having trouble logging into your dashboard, follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.

Step 1: Confirm You Are Using the Correct Email Address

Make sure you are logging in with the same email address that was used when booking your room and when your dashboard was first created. If a different email address is entered, the system will not recognize your login credentials.

Step 2: Reset Your Password if Needed

If you do not remember your password, select the “Forgot your password?” option located below the login fields. Follow the prompts to reset your password and then try logging in again after completing the provided prompt.

If you're not receiving the reset password email. The issue may not be the password, and you could be entering the wrong email. If you're unsure of the email address you used at the time of the creation of your dashboard account, please give us a call or submit a contact form so we can provide you with the correct email.

Step 3: Check Your Network Connection

If you are using the correct email and password but still receive an error message, or you are not receiving the reset password email the issue may be related to your network connection.

Some protected networks, such as public WiFi, workplace networks, or certain home VPNs, can interfere with logging in. To test this, try the following:

• Attempt to log in while connected to WiFi

• Then try logging in using your personal network, such as mobile data

If you are able to log in on your personal network but not on WiFi, the issue is likely caused by the external network you were using or the VPN settings on your desktop.
