Who Do I Call If I Have an Urgent Issue at the Resort?
If you experience an urgent issue during your stay, the fastest way to get help is to start with the resort directly.
Step 1: Visit the Front Desk
Please go to the resort’s front desk as soon as possible and explain the issue. Resort staff are best equipped to resolve on-site concerns such as:

Maintenance issues

Housekeeping concerns

Check-in or room assignment errors

Amenity or service questions
Most issues can be resolved quickly at the front desk.
Step 2: Contact Destify if the Issue Is Not Resolved
If the resort is unable to resolve the issue, or if the problem is related to your reservation, please contact Destify right away. Our During Travel team will work with you and can eork with the resort on your behalf to help find the best possible solution.
Step 3: Document the Issue
If the situation may require reimbursement or compensation, please document everything carefully:

Take photos or videos when possible.

Note dates, times, and names of staff you spoke with.

Keep any written communication or receipts.
This documentation allows us to better advocate for you when we request the refund.
