When do I contact Destify?
Destify will be your go-to contact for all general questions related to your reservation, stay duration, hotel room and resort changes, transfers, booking issues, any dashboard or website inquiries, and any during or after travel issues.
Understanding the Group Leader Specialsit role
All wedding couples are assigned a GLS (Group Leader Specialist). The GLS will always be your first point of contact when contacting Destify directly. The GLS of each group can assist in helping to get issues resolved, make changes to your reservation, help with travel needs or concerns, Destify dashboard and website support.
Group Leader Specialist (GLS):
- Provide support to couples regarding any questions or concerns
- Assist with change of date requests, resort moves, and cancellation
- Escalationed travel issues nd concerns.
Our guests have 24/7 support at their disposal
Your guests can contact Guest Services for assistance in a few ways:
1. Through their Destify Dashboard at app.destify.com. After logging in, guests can manage their booking, make payments, add transfers, modify reservations, or request cancellations. If they have any issues with the dashboard, our User Support team is available to help.
2. By chatting with one of our friendly Guest Services agents on our website at www.destify.com. We're happy to answer any questions about their booking.
3. By emailing us directly at guestservices@destify.com. Our team will get back to them promptly with the information they need.
4. Call our Guest Services support line at 1-844-948-3911 . One of our agents will be glad to assist them over the phone. You may also chat directly into us from your dashboard or the couples website.
When do I contact my resort?
For the wedding portion of your package, the resort's wedding department will be your main contact. They will assist you with any adjustments to the wedding package, ceremony, related events, itinerary, and decor.
Contact your Wedding Coordinator for:
- Discussions about your wedding's vision: venue, decor, flowers, menu, seating charts etc.
- Discuss and create detailed wedding events, private events, add on requests, schedule, and timeline,
- When you need to coordinate with the resort and any outside vendors that are being used in coordination with your wedding.
- General wedding or venue changes, questions, or concerns.
