Why Are My RSVPs Not Submitting Correctly?
If your RSVPs do not seem to be updating correctly, such as seeing duplicate guest entries or bookings not attaching to the original RSVP, this is a common and fixable issue.
Why This Happens and How to Prevent It.
In some cases, a guest may submit an RSVP and later complete their booking using information that is slightly different from what was originally entered. When this happens, the system treats the booking as a new guest instead of matching it to the original RSVP.
This can occur if any of the following details are different:

Name
-
Email address
-
Phone number
-
Plus-one information
When even one of these details does not match, a second entry may appear on your guest list. The original RSVP entry will remain unchanged, while a new entry will show as booked, which can understandably cause confusion.
How to Fix It
If you see a duplicate entry and one of them shows as booked, you can safely delete the original RSVP-only entry. Delete the entry by simply clicking the Red Trash Can icon to the far right of the entry. The booked entry is the one that matters and contains the correct reservation information.
