Your Wedding Coodinator

 Destify manages both your reservation and your guests’ travel accommodations, including room bookings, payments, room modifications, and guest lists. When it comes to planning the details of your actual wedding day, that role is handled by your resort’s Wedding Coordinator.

 Your Wedding Coordinator will work with you on all wedding-specific planning, including:

• Finalizing your wedding itinerary and timeline

• Selecting meals and reception options

• Coordinating ceremony and reception venues

• Managing special wedding-related requests

• Assisting with décor, setup, and other on-site details

 These responsibilities are separate from your travel arrangements and focus entirely on your wedding events at the resort.

 When Will I Hear From My Wedding Coordinator?

 Most Wedding Coordinators begin active communication around 4 to 6 months before your wedding date. This is standard across most resorts. That said, you are welcome to reach out to your coordinator at any time if you have questions or need clarification.

 Please keep in mind that many of the resorts Destify partners with are located in different time zones. Because of this, response times may take 48 to 72 hours, especially during busy wedding seasons.
