Your Group Leader Specialist (GLS)
Your Group Leader Specialist is your primary point of contact for all reservation and group planning needs. They support you with:

Communicating with the resort on your behalf
Your GLS handles all travel, booking, and system-related questions. They can also advocate for you directly with the resort whenever assistance is needed.
Your Wedding Coordinator
Your Wedding Coordinator is based at the resort and focuses only on your wedding day details. They assist with:

Ceremony and reception venues

Décor, food, and beverage selections

Photography, entertainment, and event details

Finalizing your wedding timeline and logistics
It is completely normal for your Wedding Coordinator to reach out only a few months before your wedding. This does not mean they are unavailable. Your coordinator is assigned from the beginning and can be contacted at any time via the direct email your provide.
