A quick guide to help you understand the features of your Dashboard.
When booking your room through Destify, you'll be asked to create a Destify account. This account will serve as your primary tool for viewing and managing your reservation details.
If you don't have an account, please reach out to Destify guestservices@destify.com for assistance.
Your Reservation
Upon logging in, you can view your reservation in two ways: by selecting it directly from the homepage or by navigating through the menu by clicking on "My Trips" and then "My Rooms."
In this section, you can easily view and manage all your bookings. If you have reserved multiple rooms, they will be displayed here as well. By selecting a specific room, you will access detailed information about your reservation, including:
- Name of your room
- Number of nights you booked
- Your check-in and Check-out dates
- Number of guests in the room and their names
- Total package price, transfer price if applicable
- Your Remaining balance
- The final payment date
- View Payment History
- Book Another Room
- Purchase travel insurance
- View your booking agreement
- Edit your reservation
- Make a payment

My Transfers
In this section, you can view and manage your transfer arrangements. When you book a room through Destify, you have the option to add transfers at that time.
If you opted out, the "My Transfers" page will notify you that no transfers were purchased. You will be given the option to purchase transfers, if they are available.
If you did purchase transfers, you will see the Supplier name as pending. This will change after you submit your flight information. You will also see the type of shuttle purchased.
When you are 45 days from travel, you will be notified to enter in your flight information. You will first need to enter in your arrival flight. Unsure that this is the flight landing at your destination and not a connecting flight. You will need to enter in the Airlines name, Flight number, Flight confirmation number, and the Arrival time and date. Then you will need to enter in your departure flight with the same information. You will need to do this for each guest in the room.
